Returns Policy Kindly thoroughly read on this page to know our return procedures and make sure your item is eligible for return because every product has its own policy.

After an item is delivered to you have seven (7) days according Returns Policy to notify us that you want to return the product. For better understanding, if your item was delivered to you on the 1st of the month, you can return the product to us till 8th of the month. The product that you want to return meets the criteria that is mentioned further below, your product return can be started by calling our helpline at 001-708-300-1567 which is available 24/7

Returning a product is simple, you have to follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Check if your product meets all the return requirements
  • Call the Xcentric Services helpline and request a return
  • Fill the product return form
  • Pack the product and attach the return label
  • You have to arrange product pick up or drop off
  • The product you returned will be Quality Checked

What are the conditions for returning a product and what is its procedure?

If you bought a General Merchandise or Electronic item (anything other than a Software), please refer to the requirements stated in the chart below.

Product is not the same as I  ordered or is not as it was advertised • The packing should be sealed, product should remain in original condition and not used

• Product must include all packaging labels and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)

1. Call Xcentric Services helpline within 7 days of delivery to return the product.

2. When calling the helpline, you must schedule a pick-up or drop-off of mutual accessibility

3. Fill the return form fully and pack the product for pickup or drop-off

You will get a full refund after receiving the product back in the form of:

•Return Voucher within 1 business day after QC

•Bank transfer or cheque within 1-3 business days after QC

•Credit card reversal within 1-3 business days after QC

Product is faulty, forged or damaged at the time of delivery • Product must be in original condition
• Item must include all packaging labels and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)

How to Request a Return?

You can request a return by contacting our helpline at 001-708-300-1567 or email us at [email protected] to confirm that either your product is eligible for return or not. After that, we will explain to you the return process. Then we will arrange our courier partners to pick-up the product from you, or you have to drop-off the product to the nearest service provider, we will guide you about it.

It is compulsory to provide the following pieces of information:

  • Your order number.
  • Why are you returning the product? (Reason)
  • The refund method that you would like to use and the necessary information associated bank account number, etc. according to the refund method.
  • From where and when the product should be picked-up

Note: For pick-ups of the product we will make three (3) attempts to pick-up. Please make sure to be available on time on the place for a scheduled pickup to avoid any complications.

Can I request a replace the product instead of refund or return?

You are willing to replace your product, just let our Customer Service executive know what you want in place of the current product and we will give you a call as soon as your product is received, and we have looked into the readiness of the replacement product. If you select a refund voucher, you can avail it to buy the same product or a different product on xcentricservices.com yourself using the amount initially paid for the returned item.

My returned product is not authorized for return, how may I know?

If your return product does not meet the Quality Check criteria, then we will give you a call to explain the issue and send the product(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the product.

Note: We will make three (3) attempts to return the product to you as per Returns Policy. Please make sure to be available for a scheduled delivery otherwise you will face some complications.
